"MONTEREY FESTIVAL 1967 REVISTED" by THE FORMER MEMBERS. Tickets from The Cellars The Former Members are Bruce Barthol (bass) and David Bennet Cohen (keyboards) of Country Joe & The Fish, Roy Blumenfeld (drums) of Al Kooper's Blues Project, and Greg Douglass (lead guitar) of The Steve Miller Band. All these guys played at Monterey International Pop Music Festival in California in 1967 - 45 years ago! Monterey was the first BIG rock festival, with an attendance of 90,000. The Former Members wil be playing a mix of classic electric blues and psychedelic songs from their previous bands.
