The celebrations start at 6 p.m on Friday 14.12.12 at The R.M.A. Tavern, with an informal get together and Bob Dylan related jam session from quality local artistes and guest artistes. Good sound system and P.A. will be supplied, and performances will be broadcast on video live, and archived on www.rmatavern.co.uk .

From noon to 7.15.p.m. on Saturday 15.12.12 at The RMA Tavern there will be Bob Dylan related music from local and guest artistes, including acknowledged Bob Dylan expert and performer C.P Lee, (founder member of Albertos Lost Trios Paranoias) who will also give a talk on the impact of Bob Dylan’s 1966 performance at Manchester Free Trade Hall, when the previously known acoustic troubadour caused a sensation by performing with a loud rock band.

There will also be screening of rare Bob Dylan video on the big screen in the main bar, rare Bob Dylan audio on the sound system, and an indoor Bob Dylan boot fair - bring your unwanted Dylan related items, stall out or just buy, sell or swap. “Isis”, the world’s top circulation Bob Dylan magazine and information service - will be in attendance with a wide range of items for sale.

You can test your knowledge in the Bob Dylan Prize Quiz, with quiz master and Bob Dylan expert Stuart Taylor, the compiler of two Bob Dylan quiz books.
