WARNING!  TICKETS FOR THE DYLAN PROJECT AT THE CELLARS ARE NEARLY SOLD OUT!
 
Tickets for The Dylan Project are £16.87 including fees via  Ticketweb, but
for just £20  via www.barkingspider.abelgratis.com (secure Paypal) you can
STILL buy a weekend ticket which  entitles you to entry to a whole
weekend's great entertainment, AND  priority admission to The Cellars to
ensure the best view. Also, a weekend ticket entitles you to admission to a
late  night acoustic session at The R.M.A. Tavern after The Dylan Project
gig!  
 
Friday 14th December - R.M.A. Tavern; Cromwell Rd., Southsea, PO4 9PN
6 p.m doors: Meet & greet, with open mic, local & guest performers etc.
In the main bar there will be rare recordings on the sound system, & rare
video on the big screen throughout the day.
 
Saturday 15th December - R.M.A. Tavern; Cromwell Rd., Southsea, PO4 9PN
12 noon doors: Open mic, with local performers and guests - including C.P
Lee - and rare recordings on the sound system, and rare video on the big
screen in the main bar.
Dylan related indoor record fair - bring your books, records, CD?s etc to
sell or exchange.
3 p.m.: Acknowledged Dylan expert C.P. Lee (founder member of Albertos Lost
Trios Paranoias) talks about Dylan?s appearance at the Free Trade Hall
Manchester in 1966 (the scene of the infamous ?Judas!? incident) with a
question and answer session afterwards..
5.30 p.m. Stuart Taylor?s prize Dylan quiz! Great prizes!
 
The Cellars At Eastney, Cromwell Rd., Southsea, PO4 9PN
7.15 p.m: The Dylan Project
The pub are opening the doors 15 minutes early for weekend ticket holders to
ensure ?the superhuman crew? get the best views.
Local heroes Bemis will open the show with their Dylan tribute set, ,
followed by C.P Lee who will perform a couple of Lord Buckley monologues
before The Dylan Project hit the stage!
 
Saturday 15th December - R.M.A. Tavern; Cromwell Rd., Southsea, PO4 9PN
After The Dylan Project gig ends, weekend ticket holders ONLY are invited
back to the R.M.A for a late night acoustic open mic. session. (Dave Pegg
of The Dylan Project is threatening that the band may come and join us!)
 
Sunday 16th December - R.M.A. Tavern; Cromwell Rd., Southsea, PO4 9PN
12 noon doors. Open mic, with local performers and guests - and rare
recordings on the sound system, rare video on the big screen in the main
bar.
Dylan related indoor record fair - bring your books, records, C.D.?s etc to
sell or exchange.
1.30 p.m. Andy Broad, Portsmouth?s king of the blues, explores  the blues
roots of Bob Dylan.
2.45 p.m: The Woody Allen Band perform the country roots of Bob Dylan,
including material by Woody Guthrie, Hank Williams, Doc Watson etc.. The
band will be fronted by Dr. Dave Allen (of Reet Petite & Gone - Country
Joe?s band on the 2001 U.K tour - and Country Joe McDonald?s accompanist on
later tours)
3.45  p.m: Open mic with local performers and guests until everyone?s gone
home!
 
All performances at The R.M.A. will be video broadcasted, streamed live and
archived http://www.ustream.tv/channel/tma-tavern.
 
Friday's evening event at The R.M.A. Tavern is free admission,
whilst Saturday and Sunday's at The R,M.A. are just £3 per day , and
payable on the door.
