Whilst the highlight of 2012 comprised two sets at Hyde Park during the Olympics, 2013 has already produced some other notable highlights, including sharing the stage with Jo Harman in April.

Red Butler featured in the "Blue Blood" section of "Blues Matters", and a track from their EP was included on a compilation album released by "Classic Rock" magazine in April.

2013 festival bookings included 'Blues on the Meadow' in Aldermaston, Peacehaven Festival, Fiastonbury Festival in Brighton, and Worthing Festival.. Radio Wey and Trent Sound featured interviews with the band and aired songs.

With a stream of bookings, and in response to a high demand, thie first album is imminent. The band is currently working on writing original material, and Outlaw PR company have now been employed to further raise the band's profile.

Red Butler's influences include Stevie Ray Vaughan, Etta James, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, Free, Derek Trucks, King King and Santana, all of which contributes to the band's diversity and wide audience appeal. Two Channel Island tours have been arranged and plans are in hand for several other tours.

The talents of this young band demand recognition, and as well as Jo Harmon, they have also shared a stage with The Ben Poole Band, The Red Dirt Skinners, Loz Netto, Will Wilde, The Will Johns Band, and the Mick Clarke Band.

With the combination of Alex's subtlety, flair and passion, Jane's vibrant power and soulful voice, Steve's deft, thoughtful basswork, and Charlie's fluid and expressive drumming, Red Butler are going places!
