STOP PRESS!!!!!! THE SOUTHSEA FOLK, ROOTS & BLUES WEEKEND - Sunday 28th September 2014 - at The N.B.E.S.C.A Club - A.K.A. The Dockyard Club - in Onslow Road, Southsea, PO5 2NH - the home of The Bullfrog Blues Club. We are delighted to announce NICK HYDE - half of The Sepia Swing Show Twins, original guitarist with The David Raphael Band and player of choice to Angela Brown & The Mighty 45s, The Bayou Brothers and Lazy Lester will be playing blues in the bar between 6 p.m and 8 p.m sharing the slot with ZACH BLUES, so this is one hell of a great freebie gig!!!!!! Doors open at 1230 p.m. for the Blues Afternoon, and the music continues until 6 p.m and then moves into the bar area for ZACH BLUES & NICK HYDE.. During the afternoon session, we proudly present THE JELLY ROLLERS, DAVE ALLEN & DENIS REEVE-BAKER DUO, LATEMOUTH BLAKE & our headliner, ROBIN BIBI After the music in the bar from ZACH BLUES & NICK HYDE (from 6. p.m.) the doors open in the main room at 8 p.m for the evening session when we proudly present THE AYNSLEY LISTER BAND supported by our very own ANDY BROAD. Tickets are £15 per session, BUT if you buy an evening ticket you can buy an afternoon ticket for just £10, so as no tickets are required for the acoustic sessions in the member’s bar between the afternoon and evening sets you can easily make a day of it!
