Next up at The Bullfrog Blues Club, Southsea (at The Dockyard Club, Onslow
Rd, Southsea, PO5 2NH) on THURSDAY 3rd NOVEMBER... UK & British Blues Award
winners CATFISH are back at last!
As many of you will recall, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had
to postpone the last scheduled appearance, but they're back just before
Bonfire Night, so expect fireworks!
Catfish have carved a reputation for themselves as an excellent live band
with a phenomenal front man guitarist/vocalist Matt Long,who plays with a
real passion for the blues. Catfish have received numerous British Blues
Awards and their albums "So Many Roads" and "Broken Man" both reached
Number 1 in the IBBA Blues Airplay Charts - "Broken Man" was voted album of
the year by the Independent Blues Broadcasters Association.
'Catfish are one of the finest live bands in Britain today. The quality of
musicianship is outstanding and in Matt Long, they have one of the greatest

Catfish are Matt Long - guitar and vocals, Paul Long - keyboards and vocals,
Kevin Yates - drums, and Adam Pyke - bass.Living in Ireland makes it
difficult for me to come over to The Bullfrog as often as I`d like - but NO
WAY will I misswhat will be a phenomenal gig! The first time I saw Catfish
I travelled to Skegness to see them at The Great British Rock & Blues
Festival , and I was blown away....so I'll see you at The Bullfrog!!!!!!!
